Safety and Usage
Is it safe to use the diagnostic device on my vehicle?
Is it safe to use the diagnostic device on my vehicle?
Yes, using the diagnostic device under normal conditions is entirely safe for your vehicle. It simply reads data from the control units without affecting engine performance or the original software.
However, it is important to note that some advanced functions, such as coding, adaptations, or value rewriting, can lead to incorrect data being stored in the control unit if used improperly. Therefore, we recommend that these operations be carried out only by qualified mechanics or specialists with the appropriate experience.

Compatibility and Features
Does the diagnostic work with the newest cars?
Does the diagnostic work with the newest cars?
We always strive to keep up with the times and have new software ready for the latest cars as soon as possible. Typically, implementing new diagnostic software takes about 1 to 1.5 years, depending on the number of new functions, control units, and changes in vehicle communication systems.
Can the diagnostics also cover the automatic transmission, ABS, or airbags?
Can the diagnostics also cover the automatic transmission, ABS, or airbags?
Unlike many basic diagnostic tools on the market, our devices are not just simple engine code readers. With TSPro and Troodon diagnostics, you can access data from all control units in the vehicle — including airbags, ABS, transmission, brake electronics, and many more.
In addition to reading fault codes, you can also perform advanced service functions such as resetting service intervals, regenerating the DPF, releasing the parking brake, and much more.
Can the diagnostics reset service intervals?
Can the diagnostics reset service intervals?
Yes, our diagnostics support all basic and advanced service functions. In addition to resetting service intervals, you can also perform functions such as resetting adaptation values, regenerating the DPF, coding injectors, or releasing the electronic parking brake.
Can the diagnostics reflash or update ECU firmware?
Can the diagnostics reflash or update ECU firmware?
No, this function is not supported. Our diagnostic system is designed specifically for reading fault codes, measuring values, and handling standard service operations.
Firmware flashing is a very sensitive process that carries the risk of irreversibly damaging the control unit, especially if non-original or unverified files are used. This procedure should always be performed only with official tools and software obtained directly from the vehicle manufacturer.
